2023 March & Festival - Vendor and Exhibitor Registration

Time: 11 AM — 4 PM
Thank you for your support and partnership with Upstate Pride SC! Our annual March and Festival is always a huge success because of our vendors and partners who support our community.
Steps for choosing a vendor space:
Read the Vendor and Exhibitor Guidelines
In the first drop-down menu, choose the type of organization — For-Profit, Non-Profit, Interfaith, Food and Beverage
In the second drop-down menu, choose the size of your booth — 12x12 or 12x24
IMPORTANT: Approved vendors and exhibitors are required to meet certain obligations, including but not limited to, providing proof of liability insurance and appropriate permits and/or licenses.
If your current insurance policy does not cover this event, you can purchase a one-day liability insurance policy that will satisfy this requirement.
Food vendors must provide their own power sources. None will be available at the festival grounds.
